Shipping policy

HSInkDesigns Currently only ships throughout the United States, Military APO/FDO Addresses and Canada.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday shipping may be available for some orders.
• Please allow up to 48hrs for orders to process as over 50% of orders are made on demand.
• We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
• If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
• Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.
• Custom orders arrive within two to five weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
• The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected after processing time.

SHIPPING TIME
Due to the coronavirus's impact and the mandates in place, your order may experience a shipping delay. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. HS Ink Designs has no control over shipping/delivery delays, delivery errors, missing packages that occur after we have surrounded the packages to the delivery carriers. We will do our very best to work with the carrier to locate you package with no guarantee of retrieval.  Should a claim be needed and is successful your order will be refunded and/or reshipped.

- Standard shipping is 3-5 days plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.
- Standard shipping of Personalized and Customized product(s) is 3-5 days plus 2-6 days for processing.
