DESIGNING

Design Fee - NON REFUNDABLE

Each customized designed item requires a design fee. If ordering more that one item the same elements will be used just rearranged to fit the layout of that item(s) IF you are ordering more that 1 category of items addl setup fees apply. (EXAMPLE you would like a set of Small fans and an oversized Fan you would select only the tier 1 design fee. If you are also getting a small and large yard sign you add the set up fee to the listing 1 time. IF you are also getting a stole you add the setup fee TWICE)

Tier 1 Design Fee covers basic editing of up to 3 images such as background removal and color/vibrancy correction. We are unable to clear up blurry images. Color changes can be made for an addl fee.

Design fee cover designs for ONE graduate. If you have multiple grads a design fee/addl design fee MUST be added for each.

Design Time - Please allow 36-48 hrs for design drafts to be submitted for approval. Once approved we are NOT liable for any information that is missed on the design that is discovered AFTER production

PRODUCTION

Once design is approved production can begin as early as the next day however standard turnaround time is 2 business days for local pickup.  IF your items require shipping calculate 3 days for shipping once production is complete. For short notice orders we recommend UPS shipping.
